    Information needed to process your payment.
    Provide Western Union with this information:

    1. Pay to: CA Franchise Tax Board
    2. City Code: Franchise Tax Board, CA
    3. Province/State: California
    4. Your information:

      • Address
      • The tax year(s) you are paying

      • Telephone number with area code
  2. Mail in a check.
    You need to attach Payment Voucher (Form 3582)
